  what unique to jws phrases do you remember?

  something fun for those of us taught to speak an entirely unique and pure language.

  there have been posts in the past in this forum but perhaps some have new ones after having kept up with jehovah's chariot as the light gets brighter.

  it's easy to get bogged down with life and think you're not getting ahead or progressing.

  but regardless of where we think things may be going, pretty much everyone who's come through this site is an achiever who's done an amazing thing in one way or another even if they may not think about it.. so think about it!.

  you got past and over your programming and indoctrination.

  Simon thank you for such encouragement. My wife and I were lucky, we left at the same time. At first our children shunned us but as we all know our youngest son and his family have left the cult. Being a born-in it was hardest on me but with time I quit beating myself up for taking so long to wake-up. My wife was great in helping me through this. Our life is so much better, we have made new friends, I was able to take classes to become a master gardener, my wife wrote a small book on useful weeds that grow in your yard, we are active in our local farmers market and finally we in our mid 60's have started a herbal tea business.

  I agree with you that everyone who have left a cult are not only survivors but are courageous in leaving a destructive cult and deserve a pat on their back. Congratulations to all of us. Thank you for this site Simon it has been a anchor to all of us. As a misquote from the wt. Cult "Stand tall be courageous be happy you have escape a destructive cult." Take care. Still Totally ADD

  When it quacks like a duck and looks like a duck it's a duck. I don't care about the other two guys you keep throwing out. THEY ARE NOT THE PRESIDENT TRUMP IS. This president is a bully and the biggest liar and law breaker I have ever seen. Why do you even care about this guy? Don't you live in Canada? This is my country and I have the right to believe what I want to believe and say concerning my country not yours or any other country just mine. The far right religious nuts love trump because they feel he will bring on the end of the world. That's why they call him the chosen one. Does this not sound familiar?   since they’ve announced the patterson construction project will take 3 years to complete.

  let’s also not forget when they designed warwick, they spent money on expensive energy saving technology to save millions in the long run, years and decades in the future.

  Babylon The Great / World Empire of False Religion, do JW`s even preach that anymore ?

  when was that first preached , with the book babylon the great has fallen gods kingdom rules ,the 1970`s ?

  where they claimed that false religion had a fall in 1919 and that it was continuing to that day .

  however today we see not babylon the great that is falling ,but the jehovah`s witnesses religion that are on the decline ,selling off branches , kingdom halls in one place after another throughout the earth .. and only a couple of years ago they were predicting they would be needing thousands of kingdom halls to be built for the expected influx of new worshippers ?

  Sex before marriage.

  three years later we were married.

  we've had a great time, we're very lucky but looking back i can see how crazy it is to put that pressure to marry on teenagers.

  The wt. lives in a fantasy world where all young people have no hormones and never think about sex. Even though they teach god created all things including sex they make it a dirty thing. Showing that God must have a dirty mind. For my wife and I we were virgins when we were married over 45 years ago. But don't think we were not thinking about it. We are made from the date we are born when we mature to reproduce. I know for a fact many elders especially those older ones think if a young couple does a little touchy feeley and is found out how dirty they are, why would they ever do anything like that and how could they ever hurt god. I just look at them and say I guess you were never young. Still Totally ADD

  At our farmers market here in Jamestown the JW carts started to show up. Having a booth there I went to the ones who were running and since they know are background I told them they should not allow them here unless they are paying for their spot. The cart soon left and never came back I guess 10 dollars is to much to pay. Lol. Still Totally ADD

  Thank you Hairtrigger for this enlightment of Spinoza. Never heard of him until now. I agree with many things he wrote. What a different world this would be if humans would have followed this instead of the dogma of the world religions. Great way to start a Sunday morning. Still Totally ADD
